Jessica Chastain Joins The Cast Of Guillermo Del Toro's CRIMSON PEAK Posted: 05 Apr 2013 11:17 AM PDT Just yesterday, we learned that Star Trek Into Darkness and Sherlock star Benedict Cumberbatch was added to the cast of Guillermo del Toro's next directorial effort Crimson Peak. The haunted house thriller, which begins production in February 2014, has Emma Stone (The Amazing Spider-Man) and Charlie Hunnam (Pacific Rim) attached to star as well. Now, according to Variety, recent Oscar nominee Jessica Chastain (Zero Dark Thirty) is in final talks to join the impressive cast. Character details are currently unknown, as the script is being re-written by del Toro and Lucinda Coxon. However, the film (described as a "gothic horror story") reportedly "centers on a woman who discovers that her husband might not be whom he appears to be." Chastain previously worked with the prolific director on Mama, which was executive produced by del Toro. Variety also confirms that the actress is still considering taking the role of Jane Porter in

Thomas Howell To Voice Reverse-Flash In JUSTICE LEAGE: THE FLASHPOINT PARADOX Posted: 05 Apr 2013 11:11 AM PDT For those that have read the main issues of 2011's DC Comics crossover event Flashpoint (from Geoff Johns and Andy Kubert), it should come as no surprise that the main villain of Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox will be Eobard Thawne aka Reverse-Flash bka Professor Zoom. Voicing the Flash villain will be actor C. Thomas Howell. Directing the forthcoming Warner Bros. direct-to-video venture will be Jay Oliva who's coming off a strong performance on The Dark Knight Returns, Part 2.
