Being from Canada, Logan (Hugh Jackman) is a logging expert with a lot of field experience chopping wood and making timber. In The Wolverine, our favorite antimantium-laced Mutant returns to this former occupation while visiting Japan for an extended stay that will include Ninja fights and more clues to his past origins. James Mangold has released the latest photo from the set, which finds our edgy hero going at a rather large Bonsai branch while stationed in Omishima.

Posted: 22 Feb 2013 06:42 PM PST

The Way, Way Back lands a July 5, 2013 release date

Relativity Media and Fox Searchlight Pictures made a few changes to their release scheduled today. Relativity has moved their animated movie Turkeys up nearly one full year, from its original November 14, 2014 release date to November 1, 2013. The Thansgiving-themed movie directed by Jimmy Hayward will go up against Summit's Ender's Game and CBS Films' Last Vegas in its new slot.

While this nostalgic look at growing up, from directors Nat Faxon and Jim Rash, will technically have that date all to themselves, Disney's The Lone Ranger and Universal's Despicable Me 2 are opening two days prior on Wednesday, July 3.

In somewhat related news, Universal Pictures announced its sequel to the 1999 comedy The Best Man will be called The Best Man Holiday, opening in theaters nationwide November 15, 2013.

Turkeys comes to theaters November 1st, 2013 and stars Woody Harrelson, Owen Wilson, Luke Wilson, Dan Fogler. The film is directed by Jimmy Hayward.

The Way, Way Back comes to theaters July 5th, 2013 and stars AnnaSophia Robb, Sam Rockwell, Steve Carell, Amanda Peet, Allison Janney, Toni Collette, Maya Rudolph, Rob Corddry. The film is directed by Nat Faxon, Jim Rash.
