From narrowly avoiding awkward threesomes to reenacting prom and even being dumped at a diner, the women of Miss Advised have shown all the ups and downs (mostly downs) of dating.

Emily Morse, the host of a sex talk show, Julia Allison, a relationship columnist, and Amy Laurent, a matchmaker, may all be successful in their respective careers, but dating? Not so much. As the Bravo series comes to a close, the trio reflects on what they've learned and share their most cringe-worthy moments of the season.

Bryan Singer confirms 'X-Men: First Class 2 Days of Future Past'

What is the statute of limitations for spoilers? (probably spoilers in comments)

Posted: 05 Aug 2012 10:29 AM PDT

I recently had Shutter Island and Pulp Fiction (even though there isn't really a massive twist) spoiled for me, and when I complained that I hadn't seen it yet I was told that it had been long enough since the films came out so I couldn't complain.

I know you can't effect how people talk in real life, but at least on Reddit can people please use spoiler tags, even if the spoiler is 20 years old? Not everyone has seen the classics, and some people really like to get immersed and don't want even the slightest thing ruined.

Possible exceptions: Sixth sense, because it is pretty much a benchmark for spoilers/twist ending

Those opposed to the urban set-up of Lollapalooza often bemoan the weekend-long festival's lack of outdoor campgrounds and accompanying "vibes." Little did they know that by the end of Lolla 2012's second day, they would receive a Bonnaroo-sized injection of mud -- as well as people making the absolute most of it. More on that in a moment.

Saturday started innocently enough, as oppressive heat and humidity greeted fans still bleary-eyed from the previous day's marathon run of shows. Late lineup addition and hometown favorite Chief Keef started things off on the Perry's dance stage with a hype crew more than a dozen strong. Meanwhile, Los Angeles harmonizers Milo Greene offered up a set worthy of the acclaim preceding them, rewarding those who made the effort to get through the festival gates before noon.

Can anyone explain to me why hollywood keeps remaking movies from a couple decades ago that were already good without making any significant improvements to them?

Posted: 05 Aug 2012 08:06 AM PDT

I'm sorry if this is has been asked before, but I really don't understand why the movie industry has replaced original content with newer versions of movies like Total Recall, Spiderman, Footloose, The Thing, etc. I can understand remaking a movie from the 60s if you are going to put some sort of modern spin on it or reinterpretation of a concept, but I don't get this remaking just for the sake of remaking it. Is it purely because they want to make money? Because it doesn't seem like they are even making that much.
