Courtesy of Last.fm Jamaican reggae singer Lloyd Charmers (real name Lloyd Terell) died on Thursday (Dec. 27) after suffering from a heart attack while driving in London. He was 74. According to the Jamaica Observer, Charmers was taken to Homerton Hospital, but was pronounced dead upon arrival.

First Two TV Spots For HANSEL & GRETEL: WITCH HUNTERS & New Stills Posted: 30 Dec 2012 09:59 AM PST Catching up with Hansel (Jeremy Renner) and Gretel (Gemma Arterton), fifteen years after the traumatic incident involving a gingerbread house, the siblings have grown into vengeful bounty hunters dedicated to exterminating witches. Over the years, the siblings became expert hunters, famous for their proficiency at tracking and taking down their prey. Although still recovering from their ordeal, their work is relatively easy as for an unknown reason harmful spells and curses do not work well against them. The Mayor of Augsburg recruits them to rid the town and nearby forests of an evil sorceress (Famke Janssen) who is planning to sacrifice many local children at the witches' gathering during the upcoming 'Blood Moon' night in two days time. To make things worse, the duo also has to deal with the brutal Sheriff Berringer (Peter Stormare) who has taken power in Augsburg and conducts a very indiscriminate witch-hunt of his own. Best scene from a movie in 2012? Posted: 30 Dec 2012 10:08 AM PST With 2012 about to pass, I have been trying to think of my personal favorite scene from 2012. For me I would say it's a tie between the big shootout scene (the one featuring the Tupac/James Brown remix) in Django and the processing scene in The Master. What movie scenes do you not get or understand? Posted: 30 Dec 2012 09:43 AM PST Tried submitting this in AskReddit but did generate a response. There are many scenes in movies that I know hold some significance within the movie but I never really understand what the scene means or is supposed to signify. I'm going to post the one that got me to thinking about this subject and some others as well but I'll probably post more as I remember them. I also want to see what other scenes are out there that others may not get. I was watching Philadelphia and there is a scene in which Joe and Andrew are discussing the case late at night when an opera song begins to play. Andrew begins discussing the meaning of the opera to Joe while he sits silent. The music plays through the whole scene, we see Andrew breakdown and cry and after Joe leaves we see him embrace his daughter and wife. Just watching the scene I know it has some significance, I just never have understood exactly what it is. In the movie Schindler's List, what was the significance of the little girl in red? In the updated version of Planet of the Apes (Tim Burton's), what was the end of that movie all about? That's it for now. The two partied on the boat on Saturday with a bevy of lovely women, reports the Daily Mail, with some of the girls removing their tops for fun. See the pics here!
