Chris Brown says he's "disappointed" in the way he acted after Good Morning America appearance, but he needed to "let off ... steam." "I didn't try to hurt anyone. I just wanted to release the anger that I had inside of me because I felt like I worked so hard for this music and I love my fans and I love to be able to make positive music, but I felt like people kept just trying to take it away from me," he said on BET's 106 & Park on Wednesday evening. | Courteney Cox on David Arquette: 'I'm So Proud of Him' Posted: 24 Mar 2011 10:44 AM PDT "Extra's" Renee Bargh talked to the "Scream 4" actress about her ex, David Arquette, and his road to healing.  The two were spotted together in Malibu last weekend and Renee asked Courteney how she felt about the new and improved Arquette. Cox exclaimed, "Oh my God, I'm so proud of him!" She went on to say, "Best he's ever looked! He's so cute that I'm like, dude, I don't understand. Really?! Why are you that cute right now?" Watch the "Sucker Punch" Trailer!"Our communication and the way we are, just learning about each other in a different way, it's smart," Courteney revealed. "It's weird to be at this age and look at ourselves but it's hard and it's important and I'm glad we are, so I love him," she added. David Arquette, now on the road to recovery, previously spoke to Renee about his sobriety and said he refused to take medication. "Part of being sober is I didn't want to be on any pain medication because you know sobriety is really important to me right now." Courteney, 46, said she maintains her own health and fitness through the Tracy Anderson Method. "That will really kick your butt pretty hard. The second Ghost Rider installment will once again star Nic Cage. On being in character for interviews.. Oh, man. And I was totally in this character blackout makeup and I didn't get to go to that. I had to bow out. I was like, 'I'm not going to do interviews as this guy.' But man that would've been cool if you would have been there. So you know the movie? Antonio Banderas stars in The Big Bang as a Los Angeles private detective hired to find a missing stripper, and along the way he must contend with an eclectic cast that includes Sam Elliott, James Van Der Beek, William Fichtner, Snoop Dogg, and the elusive Autumn Reeser (who has illuminated tattoos that may open a portal to another dimension). A few days ago, a really cool poster was released in the style of a vintage dime store detective novel, and now we have the first trailer for The Big Bang. Check out the weirdness below. If you've been to San Francisco before, or ever seen a Rice-A-Roni commercial, then you're aware of the vertical nature of the streets there. So, I'm working up a sweat trudging up those impressive "hills", and just when I had a beautiful, glistening sheen of moisture to complete my "wet" look, Galactus Jr. wisely points out that we're going the wrong way. After a much easier hike the other way, we find the entrance to the building decked out in the red, white and blue with "old glory" waving proudly out front. I suppose they didn't know that Thor isn't an American. Anywho, friendly people greeted us at the door and we were ushered into the main lobby where we were to loiter around until the presentation. "After a thousand questions regarding the Star Trek sequel I can finally say I am holding the draft script in my hand. I can also now tell you I have a love interest and it's all looking very exciting. Sorry but I cant give you a date for filming yet, but you guys are going to love it!" So at least we know Kirk gets some action then. This of course suggests that this love interest will play a substantial part in the movie's plot, and not be just another fling like the last movie's hot green chick! A source close to Johnston tells UsMagazine she used to "draw good luck pictures for Tiger before his tournaments." The source added, "They had photos in their house of their family with Tiger. But Alyse never said she was interested in him!"  A second pal said the pair, 13 years apart, reconnected thanks to Alyse's stepdad, Alastair Johnston -- who is on the board of IMG, the sports agency that reps Woods.
