Arnold and Maria's Surprise Split: How Much is at Stake in Divorce?

Posted: 10 May 2011 11:45 AM PDT

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver have shared 25 years together, with four children and a $500-million fortune that may be at stake if they decide to divorce. According to Celebrity Net Worth, the action star and former governor is worth $400 million, and his wife $100 million.

The news that the power couple were separating seemed to come out of nowhere, but "Extra" has uncovered clues revealing the split may not have been so sudden.

The first clue happened this past weekend on Mother's Day when the pair arrived separately to an L.A. restaurant without their wedding bands. The couple also kept quiet about their silver wedding anniversary two weeks ago, and they've been spotted vacationing separately for months.

The separation also focused new attention on a YouTube video Maria posted on March 28, in which she discussed the uncertainty she felt about moving on to the next phase in her life, although there was no mention of the split. "Like a lot of you, I'm in transition. It is so stressful to not know what you're doing next."

In an interview with "Extra" a few years ago, Shriver expressed the hardships of marriage and said, "I just say to my boys and girls, if you get married, and I hope you do, know that it will not be easy."

A source from TMZ says Shriver was "fed up with Arnold's infidelities, coupled with the fact that he's been impossible to live with." Maria reportedly considered leaving Schwarzenegger in the last few years, but the death of her mother in 2009, and her father in 2011, put the separation on the back burner.

Shriver moved out of her Brentwood mansion a few weeks ago and is living at a Beverly Hills hotel.

It was one of those only-at-Jazz-Fest phenomena. The annual New Orleans extravaganza was having arguably the biggest concentration of star power in its history, with nearly all of its 10 stages featuring headlining stars in one or the other genres spotlighted in the wide-ranging "heritage" berth of its title.

John Mellencamp was at the big stage on one end of the Louisiana Fairgrounds horse-race track while Tom Jones (yes, that Tom Jones) was doing a set loaded with gospel and blues at the other. In between, there was John Legend with the Roots, the Decemberists and even, gulp, Kenny G in the Jazz Tent (to the delight of smooth jazz fans and revulsion of many others). Each drew a big, enthusiastic crowd numbering in the thousands.

"I don't know when to turn it off and on ... I wear my emotions on my sleeve," he tells TVGuide.com. Despite that, he was able to hold it together for our interview, in which he told us that he embraces comparisons to gay icon Sylvester, as well as the "diva" label — to a point...

New Zealand electro-rock act the Naked and Famous have made quite a stir with their debut album, 'Passive Me, Aggressive You.' The quartet is currently on a tour that will take them across North America and Europe, and they've been documenting it with exclusive photos for Spinner.

In the gallery below, band members David Beadle and Aaron Short provide some great pictures and captions that show what their life on the road has been like. Check it out and read a brief tour recap from Short below.

Aside from a couple of shows in NYC and L.A. late last year, this has been our first time traveling across North America and Canada. There was no tour bus this time round, but something about traveling in a van has made discovering the areas we've been in all that more personal. Unfortunately, the tour schedule has been so flat-out that there hasn't been a lot of time for anything apart from hotels, truck stops, fast-food chains and loading in to the next show's venue. But it's been a fun rewarding experience nonetheless. Being longtime fans of Foals, we were really excited to join them on this tour and these past three weeks have been a hugely enjoyable time for all of us.

Michael Douglas Gives Health Update on Catherine Zeta-Jones

Posted: 10 May 2011 11:08 AM PDT

"Extra's" AJ Calloway caught up with Michael Douglas at the 11th Annual Monte Cristo Awards, honoring James Earl Jones, where he asked the actor about his wife, Catherine Zeta-Jones. "Catherine's great!" gushed Douglas. "She's down in Louisiana shooting a movie. She's doing good."
Zeta-Jones announced last month that she successfully sought treatment for a bipolar disorder, and then went back to work on the Stephen Frears film "Playing the Field." Douglas, who battled throat cancer last year, said he's almost ready to go back in front of the camera. "Give me a couple of more months to rest up."

Preview Of The 'Take That' Song Set To Be Featured In X-Men: First Class!

Posted: 10 May 2011 10:44 AM PDT

X-Men: First Class charts the epic beginning of the X-Men saga, and reveals a secret history of famous global events. Before mutants had revealed themselves to the world, and before Charles Xavier and Erik Lensherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Not archenemies, they were instead at first the closest of friends, working together with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to stop Armageddon. In the process, a grave rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto's Brotherhood and Professor X's X-Men. Many thanks to The Playlist for the following. While it seems like an extremely strange choice to include this modern day song in a movie which is set in the 1960's, it's believed that it will in fact be played during the credits. So here's hoping that there won't be an after-credits scene to

NCIS: Los Angeles couldn't carry on without Operations Manager Hetty Lange (Linda Hunt), could it? That's just the question creator and executive producer Shane Brennan is prepared to ask in the sophomore CBS drama's final two episodes.

Tuesday's episode (9/8c, CBS) finds the team investigating the death of a Navy SEAL imposter who was set on fire. The investigation uncovers new intel on the whereabouts of a stolen canister of radioactive material that could be used to make a bomb.

Claire Forlani to recur on NCIS: LA as new operations manager

But the real bombshell comes from a woman by the name of Lauren Hunter (Camelot's Claire Forlani), who shows up at the Operations Center and utters the phrase, "I am Hetty's replacement," just as Hetty mysteriously resigns...
