Posted: 29 May 2011 10:15 AM PDT After being sent the two images of Chris Evans as Captain America from the 2012 calendar, I decided to see what else I can find and came across the following images from Green Lantern. Again, they're unfortunately not available in either a bigger format or higher resolution, but check them out here and find the calendar by clicking on the link below. With an all star cast which includes Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan, Blake Lively as Carol Ferris and Mark Strong as Sinestro, director Martin Campbell's Green Lantern is set to be released in 3D on June 17, later this year! |

Posted: 29 May 2011 09:45 AM PDT Thanks to a heads up from 'Tim Harris', we have these two new images which are featured on the back of the official Captain America: The First Avenger calendar available for pre-order on Amazon.co.uk. Unfortunately, the other 10 months are all pictures we've seen before, but it hopefully won't be too long until Marvel release the following in a far more satisfying hi-res format. With an all star cast which includes Chris Evans as Captain America, Sebastian Stan as Bucky, Hugo Weaving as Red Skull, Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter, Tommy Lee Jones as Col. Chester Phillips, Stanley Tucci as Abraham Erskine and Dominic Cooper as Howard Stark, Captain America: The First Avenger will be released in 3D on July 22, later this year! |

| First Look At The Cover Art For Batman: Year One Posted: 29 May 2011 09:17 AM PDT The feature adapts the landmark four-issue story written by Miller and drawn by David Mazzucchelli that first appeared in 1987 on the heels of Miller's seminal work, Batman: The Dark Knight Returns. Those tomes, along with The Watchmen, helped elevate the comics medium, changing the public's perception of the art form and influencing Hollywood writers and artists to this day. In Year One, a young Bruce Wayne is first starting out as a costumed vigilante. He creates an early bond with Lieutenant James Gordon, whose importance in the tale makes it as much as Gordon's story as Wayne's. We've already seen a couple images from the next DC Animated film Batman: Year One and now we have our first look at the DVD cover art for the movie. | Anne Hathaway (Briefly) Talks Batman Movies Posted: 29 May 2011 08:01 AM PDT Ok, there is very little here but it's a slow news day and we haven't heard Hathaway so much as mention TDKR in interviews in quite a while. It's only a few seconds long and Hathaway basically just expresses her admiration for Tim Burton's Batman movies and says that Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight is one of her favorite film's from the last few years.. I find it hard to believe that Entertainment Tonight sent this guy to interview Anne Hathaway without even making sure that he knew who Christopher Nolan was. But there you go.
