POLL: Which Character Could Vin Diesel Be Meeting With Marvel About? Posted: 27 Jun 2013 11:04 AM PDT Last night Fast And Furious 6 actor Vin Diesel revealed via his Facebook page that Marvel had asked for a meeting. No other information was given, so obviously it could be for any number of parts, or none at all..yet! It's not uncommon for a studio to be interested in working with an actor but not have a specific role in mind right away, and we know that Marvel have a LOT of movies in the pipeline over the next few years. But let's assume that they do have a character in mind, who could it be? The most common theory is that he'll actually be doing voice work, and since Marvel still haven't announced who'll be providing the voices of Rocket Raccoon and Groot in Guardians Of The Galaxy, many reckon he'll be bringing life to the latter (Rocket is a stretch!). Featuring snippets about Thor: The Dark World, next year's X-Men: Days of Future Past & Captain America: The Winter Soldier, ScreenDaily has provided highlights of Fox's and Disney's presentations. Disney apparently opened its presentation with a never-before-seen production featurette for Thor: The Dark World, and followed up with footage and behind-the-scenes footage from Captain America The Winter Soldier.
