Help please? I am trying to remember an animated movie about a young witch with a cat, but NOT Sabrina

Posted: 15 Oct 2012 10:40 AM PDT

I watched an animated movie a long time ago (maybe 10 years?) about a little girl witch. She had a black cat, and I think she flew around on a broom. I really liked it, and it's a fun kids movie. I am trying to remember the title, but I can't, and any google search just turns up Sabrina the Teenage witch. I am not looking for Sabrina, it is definitely different. Any help would be super appreciated, thank you in advance if anyone knows what I'm talking about.
