Parker - Trailer

Parker (Jason Statham) is a professional thief who lives by a personal code of ethics: Don't steal from people who can't afford it and don't hurt people who don't deserve it. But on his latest heist, his crew double crosses him, steals his stash, and leaves him for dead. Determined to make sure they regret it, Parker tracks them to Palm Beach, playground of the rich and famous, where the crew is planning their biggest heist ever. Together, they devise a plan to hijack the score, take everyone down and get away clean.

Parker comes to theaters January 25th, 2013 and stars Jason Statham, Jennifer Lopez, Clifton Collins Jr., Wendell Pierce, Michael Chiklis. The film is directed by Taylor Hackford.

Can anyone help me make my Dad's Retirement Party hilarious and awesome?

Posted: 03 Oct 2012 10:31 AM PDT

My dad is retiring from 20+ years as a police officer to spend more time with his family and grand kids. He is an awesome guy that has done a lot of great things for his community.

Here is an article about him personally buying a new bike for a 10 year-old who had his stolen from him by some punks.

Here is an article about him stepping up to keep a 80 year old parade and community tradition alive.

I am throwing him a retirement party. He has a great sense of humor and it would be hilarious if I could decorate the room with posters/scenes from famous police movies with his face superimposed on them (as the main character, in the background, etc). I know he would love it but I have zero graphic skills to make this happen. Anyone here willing to help me out? Anything you could come up with or do to help along these lines would be greatly appreciated.

Here is an album with some pics of my dad; http://imgur.com/a/pGMmt

Here is an album of some examples of the movies scenes/posters I was thinking about; http://imgur.com/a/wM9mM

Thanks for any help you can give!!

POLL: What Did You Think Of LOOPER?

Posted: 03 Oct 2012 11:00 AM PDT

Released last Friday, Looper shot straight to the #2 spot at the box office and even managed to hit #1 in several other international territories. Earning a 'B' CinemaScore from audiences, it clearly hit the right note with many fans of the sci-fi genre, although the reaction from you guys in the three main reviews posted here on CBM were clearly a little more mixed than the 94% Rotten Tomatoes score it currently holds. Well, here's your chance to decide! Don't forget to read my 4* review of Looper by clicking HERE. In the futuristic action thriller Looper, time travel will be invented – but it will be illegal and only available on the black market. When the mob wants to get rid of someone, they will send their target 30 years into the past, where a "looper" – a hired gun, like Joe (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) – is waiting to mop up.
