DREDD VFX Breakdown Of Mega-City 1

Posted: 07 Oct 2012 11:35 AM PDT

The future America is an irradiated wasteland. On its East Coast, running from Boston to Washington DC, lies Mega City One- a vast, violent metropolis where criminals rule the chaotic streets. The only force of order lies with the urban cops called "Judges" who possess the combined powers of judge, jury and instant executioner. Known and feared throughout the city, Dredd (Karl Urban) is the ultimate Judge, challenged with ridding the city of its latest scourge – a dangerous drug epidemic that has users of "Slo-Mo" experiencing reality at a fraction of its normal speed. I've been seeing a lot of complaints abouts scripts and such (Prometheus, for example), and it has me wondering. If you're not an A-list actor, can you even tell the director 'Hey, this script is fucked' or will that make people not want to work with you?

Fantastic Mr. Fox is one of my favorite films, yet it didn't make it's money back at the box office. What's a film that you love that doesn't receive the attention it deserves?

I figure this has probably been asked before on here, but I'm new to Reddit and am looking for some hidden gem movies. Give me your opinions, thanks :)
