The backlash is hitting a fever pitch, one day after the Marine Corps Band claimed Bey sang along with a prerecorded track. The band is even backtracking, releasing a statement to the Washington Post, saying, "No one in the Marine Band is in a position to assess whether it was live or pre-recorded."

"Fashion Police" co-host, 28, and Mosshart, a chef, 29, quietly got engaged just a few weeks before Christmas. The pair is "really excited" about taking the next step in their relationship, a source told Us. "Kelly is the happiest she's ever been. Her career is going well, and she's in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy."

Kevin Feige Discusses Happy Hogan's Key Role In IRON MAN 3 Posted: 23 Jan 2013 09:50 AM PST We recently heard from Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige on a variety of topics concerning the studio's next project, Iron Man 3. Among them were Ben Kingsley's Mandarin, Tony Stark's (Robert Downey Jr.) big screen future, and the excellent performances from the threequel's cast. Now, during an interview with MTV News, Feige discusses the role of Happy Hogan (played by Jon Favreau, who also directed the first two Iron Man films). Despite Favreau not being behind the camera (Kiss Kiss Bang Bang's Shane Black is taking over directing duties for this flick), his role as Stark's bodyguard will not be watered down. "This is by far the biggest part that Happy has had in any of the films," says Feige. "He's just great in this." Set 300 years in the future, the Hunger Games-esque The Selection is about a working class woman chosen via lottery to compete for the Royal Prince's hand in marriage and to become the nation's future queen. The network previously ordered and shot the project last pilot season with Aimee Teegarden and Ethan Peck as the leads, but failed to pick it up to series. Although the new project will be re-cast, executive producers Elizabeth Craft and Sarah Fain, who also wrote the script, will again oversee the project. Jim Carrey and Adam Sandler Wanted for Guardians of the Galaxy Posted: 23 Jan 2013 07:58 AM PST One of these days, Marvel Studios will have a cast in place for its Phase II ensemble Guardians of the Galaxy. Until then, we can only tell you who is being considered for these coveted roles. Today, a new report indicates that Marvel is seeking comedians Jim Carrey and Adam Sandler. It isn't clear what roles they are being eyed for. Actors Wes Bentley, Cam Gigandet, and Chris Lowell have also recently tested for the Peter Quill (a.k.a. Star-Lord) role in this superhero adventure. Last month, we reported that Jim Sturgess and Zachary Levi were the finalists for the Star-Lord lead role. Since then, though, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Michael Rosenbaum tested for the part, and with these three new candidates, it remains to be seen as to who is now indeed the front runner. James Gunn is directing from his own screenplay. We reported earlier this month that production will begin this summer at London's Shepperton Studios. Guardians of the Galaxy comes to theaters August 1st, 2014. The film is directed by James Gunn.

Prior to even meeting the Foxes, Walkmen frontman Hamilton Leithauser was a fan. Then The Walkmen opened for Fleet Foxes in 2011, playing cushy theaters he says his band could have never filled on their own. "They're a fantastic live band and great recorded," Leithauser tells Spinner. "I didn't know them before the tour...I just really liked them a lot." In fact, Leithauser had just bought the Seattle group's much-lauded LP, Helplessness Blues, when the record's producer, Phil Ek called offering to produce The Walkmen's next record.
