Jake and Vienna: He Said, She Said Smackdown at The Grove

Despite their acrimonious split after their "The Bachelor" romance, Jake Pavelka and Vienna Giraldi are ready to have at it again in the upcoming season of "Bachelor Pad." They each stopped by The Grove, separately, to give their two cents to "Extra's" Renee Bargh, including his opinion of Vienna's new nose.

In the promos for the new "Bachelor Pad," Jake is heard saying he hopes Vienna "falls 3,000 feet to her death." Giraldi responded to Renee, "I don't think anyone, no matter how much you hate a person, should ever wish someone harm. Ever." Pavelka countered, "I don't wish anybody to death, but you're going have to watch the show to see what I was really talking about." As for seeing his ex-fiancée for the first time on "Bachelor Pad," Jake said, "Same girl that I remembered that night. She hasn't changed." Vienna shot back, "I think I've changed a lot for the better. I've matured. I've become a woman. He's a terrible, bad person and a liar." What does Jake think about Vienna's new man, former "Bachelorette" contestant Kasey Kahl, who is also appearing on "Bachelor Pad"? Pavelka said, "You know what? I'm probably not the guy to ask." Kahl, on the other hand, told Bargh, "He's not who he says he is. He's just not a good person." Vienna added, "Jake has no real emotion, to be honest. It's either fake or scary angry. That's his levels." And for Vienna's new nose, Jake answered, "I thought she looked fine before." Vienna, however, admitted, "It's something I've wanted my entire life." Its Friday! That means another heaping pile of The Dark Knight Rises set photos, fresh from its Pittsburgh shooting location. While director Christopher Nolan wanted to keep you in the dark about the production, fans have come out in droves to snap pics. Though they're musical styles may differ, British indie pop singer Ellie Goulding says she hopes critics have learned an important lesson from the untimely death of Amy Winehouse.

Best known internationally as the Royal Wedding singer, Goulding is poised to become the next British musical star to find mega success across the pond -- a position Winehouse found herself in four years ago when her tailspin started to get out of hand. And though Goulding is no stranger to the perils of touring, she contends her commitment to balancing those indulgences with an active lifestyle is the key to future success.

"Right now I'm living off sugar and salt and alcohol, but I run a lot," she tells Spinner. "When I started running journalists called it a publicity stunt, which it wasn't, I genuinely like running with people."

Sony Sets Date for Amazing Spider-Man Sequel

According to Deadline, it looks as though Spider-Man 2 (or whatever they end up calling it) will kick off the summer 2014 moviegoing season by launching on May 2nd. "'I think it speaks volumes about our confidence in what we are seeing on the new film and our desire to move quickly on the next installment,' a Sony exec tells me about the reboot of its biggest superhero franchise from Marvel," writes Deadline. The seasons of the superheroes continues. Next year we get Spidey, Batman and The Avengers, while summer 2013 will see the release of Man of Steel and likely Thor 2 and Iron Man 3. At this point it's unclear who else will be joining the web-slinger in 2014, though one would imagine Captain America 2 a possibility.

Batman-News.com is reporting that Anne Hathaway will indeed wear a Catwoman mask in the movie. It's the moment we've all been waiting for! Warner Bros. has released the first official photo of Anne Hathaway as Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises. Anne Hathaway can be seen wearing some high-tech glasses, but I'm told that she will be wearing a cowl/mask at some point in the movie. Chaz Bono to Compete on 'Dancing'?

A source tells "Extra," that overweight 42-year-old transgender advocate Chaz Bono is considering competing on the next season of "Dancing with the Stars."

It's no secret Chaz struggled with his weight long before he became a man. Bono has reportedly been on an extreme diet, losing nearly 40 pounds, as Kirstie Alley did before she joined the reality competition.

Chaz visited "Extra's" Mario Lopez at The Grove in May, telling Lopez he had a few projects lined up. Bono revealed, "I'd like to take a little break and then regroup... and I've got things up my sleeve. It's been kind of a crazy whirlwind."

The child of Cher and the late Sonny Bono, born Chastity Bono, began transitioning in 2008, and shared the story of his gender change in "Becoming Chaz," which debuted at Sundance Film Festival and later aired on OWN.
