"She injured herself," host Tom Bergeron announced on the air, "and as a precaution she's gone to the hospital to get checked out."

Gilbert tweeted later, "I'm alright. Mild concussion and whiplash. Very soon I will be safely home resting and being taken care of."

Her fellow "DWTS" ballroom mates sent her get well messages. Jaleel White told "Extra" backstage, "I hope nothing too bad has happened to her."

Maks' brother Val, partnered with Sherri Shepherd, explained, "She hit her head. Through adrenaline she kept going, got up, got her scores, came upstairs, sat down, felt dizzy, nauseous, concussion-like symptoms."

"Extra's" own Maria Menounos said, "I'm really hoping she's okay."

Maria knows a thing or two about injuries. Dancing on fractured feet, Menounos said her cheering section helped get her through their sexy tango with Derek Hough, along with, "My bone stimulators, my calcium supplements and my tape job, courtesy of me."

As for the frontrunners, NFL player Donald Driver took the lead with 27 points, with Menounos and Roshon Fegan close behind with 26.

See who gets the boot on Tuesday's "DWTS" elimination show!

Justin Vernon has a studio named April Base, so it only makes sense that it would yield a high return of creative output during the fourth month of the year. And that's exactly what happened: Justin Vernon, Minneapolis rapper Astronautalis, Bon Iver drummer S. Carey and Gayngs leader/Polica member Ryan Olson convened in Vernon's studio last weekend to record an album while polishing off a few bottles of whiskey.

Astronautalis broke the news when he began updating a series of photographs on his Tumblr, and the man is clearly happy with the results. "There were several times during those three days where I couldn't believe that a sound just fell perfectly into place," he told Gimme Noise. "Often times you get one of those when you make a record, or two of those, over the course of weeks and weeks and weeks. This process was exhilarating, and it drove us further. We were originally going to be down there for a day."

He also talks about his favourite comic books and more in the interview, so be sure to click on the link below to check it out in full. Don't forget to sound off with who YOU think would emerge victorious in the usual place. "Buffy would go easy at first, but as soon as Natasha popped her with a Widow Sting, she'd start bringing some slayer brawn to the fray. Natasha's fast, but a couple of good connects and she's wobbling, possibly something broken -- she whips out her glock and now Buffy's dodging -- right where Natasha wants her. Natasha shoots the cable holding the steel barrels and they tumble onto Buffy, nearly burying her -- Buffy just
