It's time for another edition of "Guess What Courtney Said Now." Last night, Courtney Love lobbed a few choice barbs from her Twitter account at Dave Grohl, slamming him for hitting on her 19-year-old daughter Frances Bean Cobain.

As Gawker reports, the Hole singer began her rant with some pretty harsh words. "I hear from frannies roommate that @davegrohl hit on frances, and that she was curious , I'm not mad at her, him i am about to shoot, dead."

Despite directing her anger at who she thought was Grohl, Love was in fact sending hate tweets to a German man of the same name with an inactive account.

TDKR: Christian Bale & Anne Hathaway Grace The Cover Of EW As BATMAN & CATWOMAN

Posted: 11 Apr 2012 10:26 AM PDT

Here is the cover of EW's current Summer Preview issue.. They also have some quotes from the director and cast of the movie. Christopher Nolan shares his thoughts on two of Batman's villains (one of whom may become an ally), Bane and Catwoman.. "He represents formidable physical strength, combined with absolute evil of intention." "She has a very strong way of protecting herself and those she cares about, which implies an underlying darkness." Tom Hardy also talks about the reaction to Bane's somewhat muffled voice. Apparently there is a very specific reason the character speaks the way he does.. "It's a risk, because we could be laughed at — or it could be very fresh and exciting," says Hardy, adding that the voice he developed was influenced by many factors, including a desire to honor the comic book character's brains and Caribbean heritage. "The audience mustn't be too concerned about the mumbly voice," says Hardy. "As

This isn't the first time the NFL superstar has been out with a famous blonde. A few years ago he reportedly dated Paris Hilton.

Dolly Parton Exclusive: Whitney Houston's Death 'Hit Her Hard'

Posted: 11 Apr 2012 10:39 AM PDT

There are five words that will always tie country singer Dolly Parton to the late Whitney Houston -- "I Will Always Love You."

dolly.jpg

In an exclusive interview, Dolly told "Extra" of Houston's passing, "It just hit me how connected we will always be, and how that song meant so much to both of us for different reasons."

"When they buried her and lifted up that coffin up, that song went into my mind... my heart just exploded and I started to cry like you wouldn't believe," the country star added.

The hit song, written and originally performed by Parton, was one of the first of her songs to receive wide acclaim from critics, and to attain vast commercial success.

In 1992, Houston's version of the tune became a massive worldwide phenomenon. It logs in at number 68 on Billboard's "Greatest Songs of All Time."

Parton has a new double disc live DVD and CD called "An Evening with Dolly," in stores now.

Matt Lauer Tops List of Most Powerful People in News

Posted: 11 Apr 2012 10:18 AM PDT

Broadcast journalist Matt Lauer, who signed a new multi-million dollar deal last week to continue his hosting duties on the "Today" show, led The Hollywood Reporter list of the 35 Most Powerful People in Media.

matt-lauer.jpg

The Hollywood Reporter talked with the veteran newsman about his former "Today" co-host Katie Couric, current co-host Ann Curry -- and life beyond "Today."

Lauer told the Reporter he did talk with Couric about a possible reunion on TV. "I wasn't just wasting time. There's no crime in listening."

He also defended Couric's recent guest host spot on "Good Morning America." Lauer stated, "I was vocally not one of the people who thought it was wrong. I thought it was absolutely right. Katie hasn't been here for six years. She had a completely different stop in between at CBS. She's under contract at ABC News. She's one of the best morning hosts ever. Why wouldn't you use her on that show?"

As for the rumors Ann Curry may be on her way out, Matt replied, "I read the rumors, and I know there is a cottage industry of meanness out there. I love Ann. I've known her for 20 years. I think we have a kind of sister-brother thing, maybe sister-brother from different parents." He laughed, adding, "We're not at all alike. But I feel very comfortable alongside her."

Lauer also knows being on "Today" won't last forever. "At some point, you do need to remember that this is just one aspect of life and that you spend a whole lot more of your day being a father and a husband and a friend and a son than you do being on the 'Today' show. This is a really important part of my life. But it's not my life."

Then again, he said, "When you get your dream job, you'd be really hard-pressed to leave it. Unless you've got another dream job out there."

The legend of Keith Moon continues to live on -- but the London Olympic Committee apparently thinks the late Who drummer is still alive, too.

British publication Metro reports the Who's manager Bill Curbishley was asked by organizers of this summer's London Olympics if Moon -- who died in 1978 -- "would be available" to perform.

"I emailed back saying Keith now resides in Golders Green crematorium, having lived up to the Who's anthemic line 'I hope I die before I get old,'" Curbishley told Metro. "If they have a round table, some glasses and candles, we might contact him."
