Kate Hudson Gives Birth to Second Baby! Posted: 10 Jul 2011 10:56 AM PDT Kate Hudson and Muse frontman fiance Matthew Bellamy welcomed their first child. According to US Weekly, the actress gave birth to a healthy baby boy in Los Angeles on Saturday night. The newborn is the second child for Hudson; she has a 7-year-old son, Ryder from her previous marriage to Chris Robinson of the band Black Crowes. Hudson and Bellamy are rumored to be spending time together in London at Bellamy's home while he records a new album. An US Weekly insider spilled, "She's crazy about him. Kate and Matt are so adorable together." The Oscar-nominated actress, 32, and beau Bellamy, 33, publicly announced they were a couple in late spring 2010 and are now engaged. The pair reportedly met in Australia several years ago.

Base Studio Effects On The Process Of Coverting Captain America: The First Avenger To 3D! Posted: 10 Jul 2011 09:56 AM PDT Our friends over at Comicus have posted an interview with 'The Base Studio' about their work on converting Captain America: The First Avenger to 3D. Most interesting is their mention that, "Secret rumors have been floating around about another super hero movie." Could they be referring to The Avengers? Below are some brief excerpts (where they also talk about working on The Smurfs) but you can read the whole thing by clicking on the link below. When did you start working on Captain America and on Smurfs? And when did you finish? The Base Studio began working on Captain America in February of 2011. Smurfs started slightly before that in late January. How many people did work on both movies? Which technology did you use in the two movies? We had a total of 75 people at our company. POLL: Dr. Strange VS Dr. Fate Posted: 10 Jul 2011 07:12 AM PDT It's been a long time (since last December to be exact) but I'm more than happy to finally present you with the latest VS POLL, which has actually been laying around completed since that time. There have been so many people, posting so many POLLS, that I felt I should let the weekly VS POLL chill out for a while. However, many CBM readers have been nagging me to resume the weekly cause for debate and while I'm not sure I will do that, I thought it would be good to finally post this one that I have had ready to go all this time. First off, I would like to say that although both of these characters are from different comic publishing companies, both are very similar in style and powers.
