| starting my Blu Ray collection, what are the 'must haves'? Posted: 25 Jul 2011 09:43 AM PDT I finally got around to getting an HDTV and want to take advantage of my PS3's Blu Ray player, so I want to know what are the 'must have' movies I need to start my collection. I'm not looking for movies that everyone should have in their collection, I'm looking for movies that are clearly better in HD compared to regular DVDs. So far I'm thinking of:
What else? My uneducated mind thinks that action/adventure/movies with CGI would benefit the most from HD but I'm willing to be proven wrong. I'm new to the World of Blu Ray, so any suggestions are welcome. [link] [20 comments] |

Posted: 25 Jul 2011 10:10 AM PDT In the latest issue of EMPIRE magazine, there is a lot of new info and (probably) images from Dredd, The Amazing Spider-Man and The Dark Knight Rises. I'm guessing that below is a part of the new image of Christian Bale as Batman, and the full reveal is inside the issue.
