After 14 years as "The Negotiator" for online travel site Priceline, William Shatner appears in a new ad which features the pitchman and some innocent travelers inside a bus, about to topple over a cliff. Shatner ends up falling off the cliff and dying... but not before saving everyone first.
Shatner's final words? "Save yourselves... some money." The commercial is set to debut Monday, and Priceline insists that, while Shatner's character may be dead, the actor remains under contract to the company. As for the dramatic ad, Priceline CEO Christoper Soder told the Associated Press, "We decided to do something really over the top to get the message across." Shatner, 80, jokingly said, "I'm in grief mode."

Underworld Awakening has stormed straight to the top of the US box office, scaring up a decent enough $9.4 million on its first day of release. The latest movie in the franchise is currently expected to finish the weekend with over $23 million which isn't quite enough to beat Underworld: Revolution's $26.9 million back in 2006. Considering it has a budget of $70 million and opened with higher ticket prices due to being in 3D, this isn't perhaps as good as it sounds. Meanwhile, George Lucas' Red Tails followed up in second place with $6 million on Friday. Report: Heidi Klum to Divorce Seal

Heidi Klum is planning to file for divorce from Seal, according to TMZ.

Sources say Heidi may file as early as next week, and will cite "irreconcilable differences" as the cause for divorce.

The couple is known for renewing their marriage vows each year in a romantic ceremony.

While it's too soon to tell who will get what in the settlement, Klum, who hosts "Project Runway," earned a whopping $20 million last year.

The couple married in a lavish 2005 Mexico wedding and have three young children together: Henry Gunther, 6, Johan Riley, 5, and Lou, 2. Seal adopted Heidi's eldest daughter, Leni, 7, whom she had with former boyfriend, Flavio Briatore.
