Neil Young took to Facebook Tuesday to share his support of Occupy Audio, a proposed music initiative which hopes to "get the sound back to the people." And judging by the list of people onside, it definitely has some clout.

"I support Occupy Audio," Young said in a post on his page. "Thanks for listening."

A two-minute video clip was also posted on Occupy Audio's Facebook page. The clip begins with Young and David Crosby sitting in a car before Crosby gets out and says, "That's the best sound I ever heard in a car ever in my life, and as a matter of fact, it might be some of the best sound I ever heard."

Zachary Levi Offers A Very Brief Update On Y: THE LAST MAN

Posted: 24 Jan 2012 09:03 AM PST

While to speaking to Collider about the series finale of Chuck, actor Zachary Levi was asked about his future plans, including his involvement with the adaptation of Y: The Last Man. QUESTION: With Chuck ending, are you going to be able to do the Y: The Last Man movie now? LEVI: I wish. That movie is in production limbo. At least, every time I've checked on it, it's in production limbo. Jeff Katz at New Line grabbed it, and then when Warner Bros. gobbled up New Line, so it's just been sitting there. I don't know. That's a dream role. Y: The Last Man is a comic book series by Brian K. Vaughan and Pia Guerra published by Vertigo beginning in 2002. The series is about the only man to survive the apparent simultaneous death of every male mammal (barring the same man's pet monkey) on Earth. The series was published in sixty issues

Madonna 'Oblivious' to Elton's Golden Globes Diss

Posted: 24 Jan 2012 10:41 AM PST

Madonna walked the red carpet in a star-studded premiere for her drama, "W.E." in NYC last night, and addressed the Elton John/David Furnish feud after she won the Golden Globe for Best Song. Madonna said, "You know what, honestly, I was oblivious to it all. It was brought to my attention afterwards and I don't... I just keep going and don't pay no mind to things like that."

Madge recalled her emotional moment at the Globes, saying, "I was really surprised, I have to say. I always say, 'Don't expect to win and if you do, you're pleasantly surprised.'"

The elegantly dressed director is juggling her hectic schedule, preparing for the Super Bowl halftime show, in addition to working on her 12th album, dubbed, "M.D.N.A." and promoting her film. The busy star said, "My head is spinning. By the time you interview me, I can't think straight."

The singer hinted at what's in store for the halftime show, revealing, "I know what songs I'm doing, I have my guest artists, I know what I'm wearing, and I just hope I can negotiate the high heels I have to dance in." According to a source close to "Extra," L.M.F.A.O. could be one of the guest artists sharing the stage with Madonna.

In choosing sides for the football game of the year between the New England Patriots and the NY Giants, Madonna asserted, "It's a tough one... I'm just focusing on my performance okay, don't ask me to take sides!"

Is it just me or are this years best picture nominees kinda shitty?

Posted: 24 Jan 2012 08:05 AM PST

I liked Moneyball, but I wouldn't say it was Oscar worthy. I turned off Tree of life halfway through. I did enjoy The Help, but still not sure... I enjoyed warhorse, but it was way too Disney for best picture. To be fair I have not seen all of the movies on the list. What do you think reddit?

Let's play 'The Movie I Haven't Seen' Game

Posted: 24 Jan 2012 08:26 AM PST

Hey Reddit, I play this game with friends all the time, - let's see how it works here. All you have to do is explain the plot of a movie that you've never seen. Basically tell me the name of the movie you have not seen, and then write a quick a plot summary of what you think happens in it.

I'll start: Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas: There is this guy who has slicked back hair. He goes to Las Vegas. He meets another, older dude. They hang out. They do a lot of drugs together. It's hot there. That's why they drive a convertible. They get in a lot of trouble. There is probably some woman involved, maybe blond. Shit gets fucked up.
