CBM Box Office Talk: Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance Posted: 06 Nov 2011 09:32 AM PST With some big comic book, fantasy and science fiction movies coming out next year, I thought it would be interesting to talk about box office predictions, as well as looking back at some previous films that the new ones are connected. For example, today, this article is all about Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor's Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, so we talk about that (you guys share your thoughts in the comment section, of course) and we take a look back at the first film from 2007 and try to compare them. But, if we're discussing Marvel's The Avengers, we'll talk about the solo films of the Marvel Cinematic Universe - THOR, Iron Man, Captain America... I'm not sure how many parts will there be, but I'll write about John Carter, The Avengers, G.I. Joe: Retaliation, The Amazing Spider-Man, The Dark Knight Rises and more. So, let's get started. Will Pay... for Her Wedding Ring Posted: 06 Nov 2011 08:51 AM PST Thanks to a special clause in Kim Kardashian's prenuptial agreement, she will get to keep the massive 20.5-carat diamond ring she was given by Kris Humphries... but will have to pay her ex in order to keep it. According to TMZ, Humphries, 26, originally purchased the giant bling, but because Kim loved it so much, she included a clause in her prenup which allows her to buy it outright from Kris if they were to divorce. Kim's Divorce Will Not Be Made Reality Ironically, without this special clause, Kim would have been able to keep the ring without having to shell out any dough, since it belonged to her once the couple said "I do." The reality star will pay her ex an undisclosed amount for the ring, which is reported to be valued at around $2 million. Kim Kardashian's Boy Toys Damon Thomas Kim was previously married to record producer Damon Thomas. In 2000, 20-year-old Kim married Thomas in a quickie Las Vegas wedding. After three years, the couple divorced but not before some nasty allegations. In divorce papers that leaked in 2010, she accused Thomas of physical and emotional abuse. Thomas denied the allegations and accused his ex-wife of being "obsessed with fame." Gabriel Aubry After Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry announced their split in April 2010, the handsome hunk was spotted on the Lakers court with Kim. Less than a month later, Kim was introduced to future husband Kris Humphries. Kris Humphries After getting hitched on TV in an elaborate wedding to NBA star Kris Humphries on August 20, 2011, Kim filed for divorce 72 days later. She cited "irreconcilable differences." Many are speculating the split was partly due to where the couple was going to live-Kris wanted to eventually settle down in Minnesota, and Kim wanted to stay in L.A. for her career and family.
