Lindsay Lohan Sentenced to 30 Days in Jail Posted: 02 Nov 2011 11:10 AM PDT Wayward actress Lindsay Lohan appeared in court Wednesday on probation violation charges and was promptly sentenced to 30 days in jail. The troubled starlet admitted she violated her probation by not attending therapy sessions as required by the court, and by being rejected by the Downtown Women's Center for not being a proper role model. Judge Stephanie Sautner outlined a strict schedule for the rest of Lohan's probation, including all of her community service to be served at the L.A. County Morgue and for her to attend several psychotherapy sessions. It must be completed by March 29 or Lindsay will go directly to jail for 270 days. As for the 30 days required in a cell, the judge made it clear there would be no house arrest. The Sheriff's Dept. told TMZ LiLo will probably serve only 20 percent of the 30 days, equaling about six days in jail. Lohan was ordered to report to the jail in one week. The judge made it clear the "keys to her jail cell" are in Lindsay's hands, and strongly suggested she stop tweeting about her experiences at the morgue. Speaking to Rolling Stone, frontman Jakob Dylan said he plans to reform his defunct outfit this upcoming January. "I've got new songs and we've all been talking," Dylan said. "We've been trying to carve that time out for a while." Dylan then claimed that he never meant to break up the band definitively. "I never suggested we were breaking up," he explained. "We all felt we were losing the plot a little bit and we needed a break. And that year break becomes two years, then becomes three years, and before you know it five or six years go by pretty quickly."

Radha Mitchell and Steven Moyer Join Evidence Posted: 02 Nov 2011 10:03 AM PDT Radha Mitchell and Stephen Moyer have joined the cast of Evidence for Bold Films and director Olatunde Osunsanmi (The Fourth Kind). The story centers on two detectives (Radha Mitchell and Stephen Moyer) who find no evidence at a murder crime scene, except for the victims' cell phones and a video camera. They must analyze footage from these electronic devices to determine who the killer is. We reported in August that Dale Dickey, Caitlin Stasey, Torrey DeVitto, Nolan Gerard Funk, Albert Kuo, and Harry Lennix joined the cast. Olatunde Osunsanmi is directing from a screenplay by John Swetnam. Production is already under way on Evidence, which is being shopped to buyers at the American Film Market this week. Evidence comes to theaters in 2012 and stars Radha Mitchell, Stephen Moyer, Dale Dickey, Caitlin Stasey, Torrey DeVitto, Nolan Gerard Funk, Albert Kuo, Harry Lennix. The film is directed by Olatunde Osunsanmi.
