"The Dark Knight Rises" star Christian Bale has announced his nights as a superhero vigilante are over, according to US Weekly. Bale told the Philippine Daily Inquirer, "I wrapped a few days ago so that will be the last time I'm taking that [Batman hood] off. I believe that the whole production wrapped yesterday, so it's all done. Everything's finished. It's me and [director Christopher Nolan] -- that will be the end of that 'Batman' era." Benett, Getty Images Days after canceling shows in Austria, France and Wales, George Michael has postponed the remainder of his Symphonica Tour. The British pop singer is undergoing treatment for pneumonia in Vienna, and while he's "slowly improving," as per his website, he needs more time to recuperate. According to Dr. Christoph Zielinski and Dr. Thomas Staudinger, the former Wham! frontman and is suffering from "severe community acquired pneumonia." "His condition has stabilized and he is responding to treatment," the doctors said in a statement. "From the current point of view, the time until recovery cannot be estimated, but he will not be able to perform the rest of the tour. Besides medical treatment, complete rest and peace and quiet are mandatory."

Growing up, I remember watching the television series and being very happy to do so. The Muppets provided for a different type of humor than the usual cartoons; one where both adults and kids alike could be entertained throughout the entire show. I've seen all the feature films that have been released, both the good and the bad, which is why I was a bit hesitant with this one. Take a look at Muppets in Space and you'll see what I mean. However, after viewing this little gem, that trepidation has been tossed out the proverbial window. RETRO REVIEW: Ghost Rider #9 Posted: 26 Nov 2011 06:43 AM PST I've always known about the classic 70's Ghost Rider series. I really had no interest, (not to mention how expensive the issues are) to start collecting them, I was busy with the 90's series. That changed when I read a very interesting article about this infamous retcon as they call it. The most important thing about this issue, Johnny Blaze getting saved by a "Friend" from Satan was completely thrown out the window. In fact, there was another big retcon saying that wasn't really the Prince of Evil, it was Mephisto. Ignoring all of that, I want to talk about this issue, because it wasn't until after it was published that the editor decided to completely change the writer's story so that the "Friend" was just one of Satan's tricks, which was against the writer's wishes. The paragraphs following will my review/thoughts on the issue and the retcon itself. I didn't buy
