The newest show with the smallest audience in the Monday-at-10/9c time slot made the biggest news — and got a ratings boost.

In its third week on the air, Rock Center with Brian Williams scored its first big "get" as Bob Costas interviewed former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky about the child sexual abuse allegations against him, attracting 4.49 million viewers and posting a 1.3 rating among 18-to-49-year-olds — a 30 percent increase in the demo. It also marked the newsmagazine's biggest viewership yet, though that bar is low with audiences of 3.51 million and 4.13 million in its first two weeks.

'Breaking Dawn' Stars Talk R-Ratings, Injuries - and the End

Posted: 15 Nov 2011 11:34 AM PST

"Twilight: Breaking Dawn, Part 1" players Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner greeted their loyal -- and loud -- fans at the film's L.A. premiere at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live.

"I'm completely deaf. I've been deaf two years now," Pattison laughed with "Extra's" Maria Menounos. Lautner agreed, "It continues to blow our minds every time."

Pattinson recently spoke with "Extra's" Terri Seymour about the highly anticipated "Breaking Dawn, Part 1" sex scene between Bella and Edward, saying it was "the majesty of sex." When Menounos reminded him of the comment at the premiere, Pattinson groaned, "I have no idea what I'm talking about, ever."

The film almost received an R-rating for the scene. Stewart explained, "I think they pulled like two shots and a few noises. It's kind of a fine line what makes something rated R." Pattinson added, "They took more of Kristen out and left more of me in."

Stewart was also tending to a foot injury she received on the set of her film, "Snow White and the Huntsman," changing out of her heels and into sneakers on the "Extra" platform! The actress laughed, "I don't know why I do this to myself all the time. I just get so into it and I zone out and I hurt myself."

Vote for your favorite "Breaking Dawn" premiere look!

Now that the end is near for the Twilight franchise, is it bittersweet? Lautner replied, "That's exactly what it is. It's a bummer because we all have a lot of fun making the movies and we really are a family."

"Twilight: Breaking Dawn, Part 1" rises in theaters Friday.

Friendly FiresDominic Storer

If you've got sweet moves you can try your damnedest to make it on 'So You Think You Can Dance,' or you can do what Friendly Fires' Ed Macfarlane has done and show off your fancy footwork any ol' time you have an audience.

Macfarlane has been the ringleader of many a dance party around the world as frontman of the British electro-pop band, but he's also proof that you haven't really made it as a dance sensation until there are videos on YouTube that document your dancing, in slow-motion, to the overdubbed tune of Right Said Fred's 'I'm Too Sexy.'

"It just feels natural to me when I'm on stage," Macfarlane tells Spinner. "I'm definitely more conscious of it now. If I do dance, and if I let myself go on stage then it just makes the show better for everyone else."
