Anthrax's Joey Belladonna Tackled By Security Onstage In Los Angeles

Anthrax's concert last night (Oct. 22) at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles was interrupted when a fan jumped onstage and approached lead singer Joey Belladonna. Venue security sprang into action, but unfortunately for Belladonna, it did more harm than good.

As can be seen in a YouTube clip posted Sunday morning (and available below), the band was performing 'Metal Thrashing Mad' when a fan approached Belladonna. The frontman stepped back before getting behind the fan to restrain him. A security guard on the floor then jumped to the stage and ran headfirst into the fan and the singer, knocking both hard to the ground.

More security entered the fray, some trying to restrain angry bassist Frank Bello, who went after the security guard. Belladonna can then be seen talking to guitarist Scott Ian about what happened.

The Devil Made Them Do It!: 12 Great Demon Movies

Posted: 23 Oct 2011 10:34 AM PDT

With "Paranormal Activity 3" is scaring audiences this weekend, here are a dozen more devilishly good ones!

12 Great Devilish Movies

'Constantine' (2005)

Based on the DC/Vertigo comic book, the story revolves around an irreverent supernatural detective named John Constantine (Keanu Reeves), who has, quite literally, been to hell and back. And just when he thinks he's out, they pull him back in.

'The Devil's Advocate' (1997)

Al Pacino has a field day playing the Prince of Darkness, disguised as a bigwig, corrupt lawyer who sucks Keanu Reeves into his evil reindeer games. Wait, Reeves again? Poor guy can't get away from it.

'Drag Me to Hell' (2009)

There is a lesson to be learned here -- do not tick off a really scary looking gypsy woman because if you do, she's gonna curse ya! And then you'll know what it feels like to be dragged into hell.

The Exorcism of Emily Rose' (2005)

Emily Rose (Jennifer Carpenter) has a seemingly normal life -- until she goes to college and has some horrible demon possess her. Not good. Not good AT ALL.

'Paranormal Activity' (2007)

If anyone is freaked out by those bumps, creaks -- and demon possessions -- in the night, especially around 1:00 to 3:00 am, this is certainly not the movie for you. But it sure makes for one helluva a ride.

'The Evil Dead' (1981)

Five friends travel to a cabin in the woods, where they unknowingly release flesh-possessing demons. That should make some interesting vacation photos.

'The Exorcist' (1973)

This is the mother of all demon invasion movies and pretty much scared the bejeezus out of the average moviegoer. It may have something to do with that sweet innocent face of Linda Blair, horribly distorted. That and maybe all the pea soup vomit.

'Hellraiser' (1987)

An unfaithful wife encounters the zombie of her dead lover, who's being chased by demons after he escaped from their sado-masochistic Hell. The guy on the right, his name is Pinhead. Apropos.

'Little Nicky' (2000)

You have to include at least one comedy because, well, hell can sometimes be a fun place to be -- at least according to Nicky (Adam Sandler). He has grown up in the underworld as the slow-witted son of Satan (Harvey Keitel) and loves it. He's even willing to fight for his right to the throne.

'Possession' (1981)

A young woman (Isabelle Adjani) leaves her family for an unspecified reason, but the husband (Sam Neill) is determined to find out the truth. At first, he suspects that a man is involved, but gradually, he finds out more and more strange behaviors and bizarre incidents that indicate something more than a possessed love affair. Could it be... I don't know... SATAN?

'Rosemary's Baby' (1968)

Poor Mia Farrow. All she wants is to love her husband (John Cassavetes), have a baby and have a happy life. But what does she get instead? She's raped by the Beast while being drugged and ends up giving birth to the son of Satan. "What have you done to its EYES?"

'The Omen' (1976)

Speaking of the son of Satan, let's not forget the angelic-faced Damien (Harvey Stephens), who was born from a jackal but ends up being raised by the unsuspecting U.S. Ambassador (Gregory Peck) and his wife (Lee Remick). Things do not turn out well for them when they find out who Damien's real dad is.

name of a movie/documentary about a Pulitzer award winner in Kosovo

Posted: 23 Oct 2011 10:21 AM PDT

I saw this movie/documentary last year and can't find it again. I've tried every possible search in google and advanced search in IMDB with no luck. It follows a story of a photographer in Kosovo as he tries to get footage to make him famous, that leads him to the front line. Slightly traumatic watching, but really eye opening. Has anyone seen it ? remember the name ?

Can I get some suggestions for movies that don't include Hollywood's ridiculous love for morality?

Posted: 23 Oct 2011 09:36 AM PDT

I guess what I'm looking for is some movies where: the bad guys win, where the story comes to a logical end. I had it with bullshit heroes, bad guys making rookie shoplifting mistakes. I want some realism! Please help me out!

Meet Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's Twins!

Posted: 23 Oct 2011 10:24 AM PDT

Singer Mariah Carey and "America's Got Talent" host Nick Cannon revealed their six-month-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, for the first time to Barbara Walters on "20/20."

"I don't think I understood the enormity and the magnitude of what it really does to your body," Carey said. "Carrying two babies. Unless somebody's been through it, it's difficult to understand what I went through, because my pregnancy was very unique in terms of what happened to me." Carey confessed she had long periods of bed rest, false labors and several emergency trips to the hospital. "I had serious back problems," she said. "I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to walk properly again. It was a huge strain." Now, though, Cannon and Carey told Walters they could not be happier with their new family. "My family gives me everything," Cannon said. "Unconditional love means...the world to me. I mean, it's completion." Carey added, "It's just love. It's a beautiful place to be."

Dead Snow movie Review

Posted: 23 Oct 2011 08:49 AM PDT

Are some older films ruined due to pop culture or the elevated status?

Posted: 23 Oct 2011 07:35 AM PDT

I watched the original version of the Italian Job for the first time earlier this year and I simply did not enjoy it. It was boring for the first 1 hour and the last half an hour seemed like an excuse to blow a budget on some cool driving shots and stunts. It basically became overrated and the one good line it was completely unfunny because everyone has quoted it to death.

So have some films been ruined due to countless regurgitated quotes and the status people give to the film?

En Vogue Reunite at CMJ, Still Holdin' On, Still Freein' Minds

Posted: 22 Oct 2011 05:30 PM PDT

Vallery Jean, FilmMagic

Music industry fests like CMJ regularly mix a few reunions into their bacchanal of baby bands, but usually it's alt-rock icons like Dinosaur Jr., which was why the surprisingly unheralded return of '90s R&B legends En Vogue was such a shocker. Could this be the real En Vogue? The four Oakland ladies who ran the pop charts with a series of sassy smashes and then simply disappeared? Why yes, it could. And damn, can they still sing.

But if the press generally ignored En Vogue's return, their fans did not, selling out midtown mainstay B.B. King's to witness what felt like a trial run for a full-on tour. This was an early show, over and done by 9PM on Friday night (Oct. 21) in New York City, which, incidentally, was when the CMJ sked said it would start -- and there wasn't even a live band.
